Description: Author, presenter and Strictly Come Dancing finalist John Whaite makes a simple curried chicken, rice & lentil one-pot – a great midweek meal with minimal washing up - always a winner! This recipe uses everyday value chicken thighs and chicken stock that add loads of flavour to the rice and lentils. Play around with different spices or heat levels based on what you have in the cupboard or what you feel like - you can use mild or medium curry powder, or add paprika instead to make this one-pot dish one of your new favourite recipes.
